Israel for All is a pioneer in the area of accessible travel in Israel. Israel 4 All is a travel agency that arranges tours and travel as well as other recreation facilities for people with all kind of physical disabilities and special needs in Israel and abroad.

Are there any physically disabled/special needs travelers Israel 4 All does not accept?
No. We will naturally try to accommodate everyone, taking your specific disability into account.

Are clients permitted to travel on their own, or do they have to be accompanied by a companion, assistant, etc?
Nobody knows your capabilities better than you do, and for this reason we leave the decision of whether or not you need extra help or not up to you. It all depends on your abilities. In the example of a quadriplegic, very often your partner or family member will fulfill this role.

Do you provide assistants?
Yes. We would prefer clients to bring along their own assistant, but should you not wish to do this, we will happily provide an assistant for you at the standard going rates. Naturally it is more comfortable and less stressful for the you to have your own personal assistant. For those who do not really need personal care, but are concerned about lifting heavy suitcases, or helping push a wheel-chair up a large hill etc, we will find assistance for you.

Do you cater for those requiring special diets?
Yes, as long as we are informed in advance, we will arrange all types of special diets.

Is it be possible to tailor make an itinerary?
Yes. This would be based on a traveler's specific requests as well as their specific physical needs. We offer a range of tours ranging from one day to more then two weeks. Examples of itineraries we offer are:

Should clients wish to extend their trip with add-ons, does Israel 4 All make all of the necessary arrangements, bookings etc?
Yes. Extension tours include Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey.

What additional services do you provide?
Airport meet & greet services.
Airport transfers.
Assistance with hotel check-ins.
The use of experienced professional tour guides.
For those who are deaf we provide sign language interpreters and electronic amplifying devices.
For those tourists who are blind or visually impaired we provide Braille maps, diagrams, and tactile models.
Checking accommodations in advance to assure they are accessible.
Accessible transportation that includes vans or buses equipped with a lift and tie-downs.
Arrange the rental of accessible vans with or without a driver.
Coordinate the rental of personal cars for drivers with disabilities.
Arrange the rental of vehicles for drivers without disabilities.
Transportation to go shopping, etc.
Arrange for various types of medical related equipment for the specific needs of the traveler.
If required, coordinate medical treatment. This includes dialysis, oxygen, or other special medical care in major medical centers administered by experienced physicians.
Provide the opportunity of meeting and staying with Israeli groups and families.

Is travel/ medical insurance included in the packages?
No. This is for you to arrange and must be organized prior to the start of your trip.

Should a client experience a medical emergency, while on tour, how would Israel 4 All react to this situation?
In Israel you are generally always within close proximity to hospitals of international standards. Should for whatever reason this not be the case, we will organize an emergency air evacuation.

Are there any age restrictions?
No, all ages are welcome. However, should clients wish to bring children on tour with them, we would suggest that a family book a private trip to prevent inconveniencing other guests.

What languages are tours offered?
We offer tours in numerous languages. These include English, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Arabic, and others upon request.
